About me

I am a Mozambican scholar of Comparative and International Education. My main interests are to address the issue of imbalance in power dynamics during negotiations and, ultimately, to develop mechanisms toward equitable negotiations. My other interests, which are linked to my main interests, include issues such as systems transfer (particularly, educational and political systems), educational and social policy, equity of participation/engagement in education and political processes, science and technology education, conceptions of development, African Renaissance, globalization, and cosmopolitanism.
